- Service: Influki is an AI talent manager (Kiki) plus tools for creators.
- Account: You're responsible for your account and acceptable use — no spamming brands, no impersonation.
- Subscription: Cancel anytime. No refund for partial months.
- Commission: 10% only on deals Kiki sources for you. 0% on deals you bring in yourself.
- Liability: Kiki is a tool. Final approval on every deal, contract, email, and invoice is the creator's.
- Termination: Either side may terminate at any time.
- Governing law: Delaware, USA.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Influki, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 16+, legally able to enter contracts, and not barred from the service under any applicable law.
3. The Service
Influki is an AI-assisted talent management platform for creators: Kiki (AI manager), inbox triage, deal pipeline, contract review, invoicing, link-in-bio, media kit, content tools, and creator site. Features evolve; we may add, change, or remove features with reasonable notice.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at security@influki.com.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Plans renew automatically until canceled.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellations preserve access until the end of the paid period; no refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; changes apply at next renewal.
- Failed payments retry per Stripe's standard schedule; access pauses after final failure.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of everything you upload or create. You grant Influki a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate the service. You represent you have rights to all content you upload.
7. AI Outputs
Kiki and other AI features generate suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any pitch, reply, contract analysis, invoice, or post before it's used externally. AI outputs may contain errors; do not rely on them as legal, financial, or tax advice.
8. Brand Deals and Payments
Influki is a tool — not a party to any deal between you and a brand. We don't guarantee deals, deal values, or payment from brands. Where Influki facilitates a Kiki-sourced deal, the commission stated in your plan applies.
9. Acceptable Use
See our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations can result in suspension or termination without refund.
10. Intellectual Property
Influki, the logo, Kiki, and the platform code are our property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or build competitive products from our service.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for AUP violations, non-payment, fraud, or risk to the platform. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or specific results.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Influki's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US$100 or fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Influki against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, except small-claims actions and IP injunctions. Class actions are waived.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice for material changes.
