Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on Influki infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@influki.com including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and its URL on Influki.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use is not authorized.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights holder.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with the items required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
