Don't do these things

• Post or transmit illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or threats.
• Misrepresent identity, follower counts, or platform metrics to brands.
• Create spam outreach campaigns to brands or other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, paywalls, or RLS.
• Upload malware, run automated bots, or stress the infrastructure.
• Use Kiki to generate deceptive, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Resell, white-label, or expose Influki APIs without written permission.
• Violate third-party platform terms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Stripe, Resend).
• Use the service to collect, store, or process personal data of others without lawful basis.

Commercial use

Influki is licensed for use by individual creators and their personal businesses. Agency, multi-client, or white-label use requires our written approval.

Reporting violations

Email trust@influki.com. Include URLs, screenshots, and a description.

Enforcement

We may warn, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations. Severe violations (illegal content, fraud, security attacks) result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.
