Creator Agreement

⚠️ This document is provided for transparency. It is not a substitute for legal advice; consult counsel for your specific situation.

1. Your relationship to Influki

You are an independent creator. Influki is your software platform — not your employer, agent, or legal representative. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship.

2. Brand deals you sign through Influki

Contracts you negotiate with brands are between you and the brand. You are responsible for delivering on what you agree to, complying with FTC disclosure rules (e.g. #ad), and paying applicable taxes.

3. Kiki-sourced deals (commission)

If a deal is sourced via Influki's brand marketplace or Kiki outreach (and the brand confirms attribution), a commission applies per your plan: 30% (Free), 20% (Starter), 15% (Pro), 10% (Signed). Direct inbound deals not sourced by Kiki are commission-free.

4. Payouts and invoicing

Influki helps you generate invoices and (where Stripe Connect is enabled) facilitates payment from brand to you. We do not act as a payment intermediary except as expressly stated. Stripe is the payment processor and its terms apply.

5. Tax responsibilities

You're responsible for income tax and any sales/VAT tax on creator earnings. We provide W-9 / W-8BEN collection and 1099 reporting where required by US tax law.

6. Content authenticity

You confirm any sponsored content you publish discloses the partnership clearly and complies with platform rules and applicable advertising law.

7. Termination of brand deals

If you cancel your Influki subscription, deals already in progress remain your obligation to the brand. We continue to process invoicing and payouts for existing deals during the wind-down period.

8. Disputes with brands

Disputes are between you and the brand. Influki may, at its discretion, provide records of communications hosted on the platform but is not arbiter, mediator, or guarantor.
