Tracking deliverables and due dates

How Kiki keeps every post, reel, and story on schedule.

Last updated: May 14, 2026

Once a contract is signed, every deliverable becomes a tracked item with a due date, a platform, and a status.

Where to find them

Deals → [deal] → Deliverables, or the Content → Calendar view to see everything across deals at once.

How statuses move

  • Drafting — you (or Kiki) are working on it.
  • Awaiting brand approval — sent for review.
  • Approved — green light to post.
  • Posted — Kiki picks up the link automatically once your social account is connected.
  • Reported — performance data sent to the brand.

Reminders

Kiki reminds you 3 days, 1 day, and 2 hours before any deliverable is due. Set quiet hours in Settings → Notifications.

Missed something?

If a deliverable goes red, Kiki drafts a polite delay-request email to the brand for you to send.

Related questions

No — she tracks and reminds, but you (or your editor) post manually.
