This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to anyone using Influki. By using the service, you agree not to:

• Send unsolicited or deceptive outreach to brands or other users.
• Misrepresent your audience, reach, or engagement metrics.
• Use Influki to harass, defame, or discriminate against others.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell Influki data without written permission.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates applicable law.
• Use Kiki to generate content that promotes illegal activity, CSAM, or violence.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund. Report abuse to trust@influki.io.
