Where we are right now
Tiny team. Big focus on the first 1,000 users.
Influki is currently a 2-person team. We're heads-down getting the product right with our earliest users. Hiring is intentional — we'll only start when traction signals it's time, expected H2 2026.
When that happens, we'll open roles in three areas:
- Engineering (full-stack, AI/ML)
- Creator success (operations + community)
- BD (US-China creator economy bridge)

Engineering

Full-stack engineers comfortable shipping production AI features. Bonus: React, TypeScript, Supabase, LLM orchestration experience.
What we'll look for
- Built and shipped consumer-facing products before
- Comfortable with ambiguity in early-stage
- Care deeply about user experience and shipping fast
Creator Success
Coming H2 2026
Operations + community lead for our creator base. Help thousands of creators get the most out of Kiki.
What we'll look for
- Background in creator economy, agency, or talent management
- Strong writer and community builder
- Comfortable being the human face when creators need one
Business Development
Coming Q3 2026
Brand-side partnerships + scaling our Kiki Match marketplace. Special focus on US-China cross-border creator opportunities.
What we'll look for
- BD or partnerships experience at a creator-economy company
- Strong brand relationships
- Bilingual EN/CN is a major plus
