Open the deal
Deals → click the deal → Contract tab.

Accept, reject, or edit each of Kiki's suggestions.

Send redlines
Click Send redline to ship the marked-up doc back.

Sign
Click Send for signature once terms are final.

Influki includes a built-in contract review and signing flow so you don't have to bounce between PDF tools and email.

How it works

When a brand sends a contract, Kiki extracts it from the email and adds it to the Deal → Contract tab. She runs an automated review and flags any red-flag clauses.

Reviewing

Click any flagged clause to see Kiki's plain-English explanation and recommended redline. Accept, reject, or edit each suggestion.

Sending redlines

Click Send redline to fire the marked-up version back to the brand. Kiki drafts the email body for you.

Signing

Once both sides agree, click Send for signature. We use embedded e-signing — no DocuSign account needed.

Storing

Signed contracts live in the Vault forever. Search by brand, date, or clause.
