Quick steps
- 1
Connect email
Settings → Integrations → connect Gmail or Outlook.
- 2
Add a trust rule
Vault → Trust rules → set at least one auto-decline or auto-approve.
- 3
Connect socials
Settings → Integrations → Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
- 4
Fill the Vault
Add rates, exclusivities, and brand do-not-work-with list.
- 5
Test with a real brief
Forward a brand email and review Kiki's draft.
Influki only gets useful once Kiki has enough context to act on your behalf. This checklist gets you there in about ten minutes.
Step 1 — Connect your business email
Kiki triages and drafts replies inside the inbox you already use. Connect Gmail or Outlook from Settings → Integrations.
Step 2 — Add at least one trust rule
Trust rules tell Kiki what she can do without checking with you (e.g. auto-decline anything under $500). Even one rule unlocks autonomous mode.
Step 3 — Connect your social platforms
Link Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube so Kiki can pull live audience data into rate quotes and media kits.
Step 4 — Fill out the Vault
The Vault is Kiki's memory. Add your rates, exclusivities, payment terms, and the brands you'd never work with.
Step 5 — Send Kiki a test brief
Forward a real brand email, or paste a fake brief into the inbox, and watch Kiki's first draft. Tweak her tone in Vault → Voice.
Most creators finish onboarding in a single sitting and start saving 6–10 hours a week within the first 30 days.
