How to find brand contact info

Where brand partnership emails actually live (hint: not info@). The 5 reliable channels.

Last updated: May 14, 2026

Brand partnership emails are rarely on the contact page.

Here's where to actually find them:

1. LinkedIn

Search "[Brand] influencer marketing" or "[Brand] partnerships". The right job titles: Influencer Marketing Manager, Brand Partnerships, Creator Lead.

2. Their existing creator posts

Find a sponsored post they've done. The creator's tagged "in partnership with" usually corresponds to a specific manager. DM that creator and ask for the contact.

3. Press kit pages

Look for /press, /media, or /partnerships slugs. Many brands list a partnerships email there.

4. Email pattern matching

If you find one employee's name + role on LinkedIn, try common patterns: firstname@brand.com, firstname.lastname@brand.com. Tools like Hunter.io or Apollo verify these.

5. Agency rosters

Many brands outsource creator marketing to agencies (Whalar, Influential, etc.). Their rosters are public.

[!TIP] Never email info@ or hello@ for partnership pitches. They're processed by general support and rarely forwarded.
