How do I connect my email to Kiki?

Connect Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP inbox so Kiki can read brand emails for you. Takes under 2 minutes.

Quick steps

    Open Inbox settings

    Sidebar → Inbox → Connect mailbox.

    Pick your provider

    Gmail, Outlook, or Other (IMAP).

    Authorize via OAuth

    You'll grant Kiki read access to your inbox only.

    Wait 2 minutes

    Kiki will scan and triage your last 30 days of email.

Kiki needs inbox access to triage brand emails for you.

We support Gmail, Outlook, and any IMAP/SMTP provider.

What Kiki sees

Only emails — never your contacts, drive, or other Google data. We never send on your behalf without an explicit trust rule.

How to connect

From your dashboard, click Inbox → Connect mailbox. Pick your provider and authorize via OAuth. Kiki immediately starts triaging.

[!TIP] We strongly recommend creating a dedicated business email (e.g. partnerships@yourname.com) and pointing brands there. Kiki gets you one for free on Pro.
