How does Kiki prioritize my inbox?
Kiki sorts your inbox by deal value, urgency, and brand quality. Here's the algorithm in plain English.
Last updated: May 14, 2026
Kiki uses a 3-factor priority score.
- Deal value (estimated) — based on the ask, your rates, and similar deals you've closed.
- Urgency — does the brand mention timing, deadlines, or competing creators?
- Brand quality — public budget signals, prior partnerships, and your dealbreakers.
What you see
- 🔥 High priority — real money, real urgency
- 📨 Standard — normal inquiries to review
- 💤 Low — likely junk, mass outreach, or below your floor
You can override Kiki's scoring anytime — and she learns from your overrides.
