Your deal pipeline, stage by stage

What each deal stage means and when Kiki moves a deal forward automatically.

Last updated: May 14, 2026

Every brand conversation in Influki moves through a six-stage pipeline. Knowing each stage helps you understand exactly where Kiki is in the process.

1. Pitch

A brand reached out (or you reached out). No commercial terms yet.

2. Negotiation

Rates, deliverables, and timing are being discussed. Kiki drafts replies based on your Vault rates.

3. Verbal yes

Both sides agreed in principle. No contract signed.

4. Contract review

A contract has been sent. Kiki flags red flags (exclusivity scope, IP transfer, indemnification).

5. In production

Contract signed. Deliverables in progress. Kiki tracks due dates and reminds you.

6. Paid

Invoice issued and paid. Deal closes and rolls into your Vault income.

Kiki only auto-advances deals if a trust rule allows it. Otherwise she pauses and asks.
