Billing, plans, and invoices
How Influki billing works, what each plan includes, and where to find invoices.

Influki bills monthly or annually depending on the plan you picked at checkout.
Where to find your invoices
Account → Subscription → Invoices. Every invoice is a downloadable PDF you can hand to your accountant.
Plan tiers
- Solo — for creators managing their own deals. Includes Kiki, inbox, Vault, basic media kit.
- Pro — adds advanced rate intelligence, contract review, and unlimited media-kit pages.
- Agency — for managers handling multiple creators. Adds shared inbox, roster view, and team seats.
Switching plans
Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Failed payments
If a charge fails, we retry over 7 days and email you. Your account stays active during retries.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund on the first month of any plan. Email support@influki.io.
Related questions
Annual plans can be paused for up to 60 days once per year. Email support.
