Your rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws, you have the right to:

• Access — request all data we hold about you
• Rectify — correct any inaccurate data
• Erase — delete your account and all associated data
• Restrict — limit how we use your data
• Portability — export your data in machine-readable format
• Object — opt out of certain processing

How to exercise these rights

From your account settings, click "Data export" or "Delete account" — both are self-service. For other requests, email privacy@influki.io.

Retention

• Active account — indefinitely (so Kiki can learn from your history)
• After cancellation — 30 days, then permanent deletion
• Legal/financial records — up to 7 years per accounting law

• AWS (hosting)
• OpenAI (AI processing)
• Google Cloud / Gemini (AI processing)
• Stripe (payments)
• Resend (transactional email)
